We are looking forward to your participation at our Ssisa Off-Road Training Centre. The Ssisa turn-off (Kitende /St Mary’s Turn Off) is located halfway between Entebbe and Kampala (just after Kajjansi). There are "OnCourse" signs marking the way.

Training Information

• Training starts at 9 am and finishes at 5 pm.
• In the event you are delayed or get lost, please contact us @ 0772 694 547.
• The price includes tea, coffee, drinking water, lunch and handouts.
• A reminder: please make sure your vehicle(s) have sufficient fuel.
• Please wear appropriate foot wear (not open shoes) and a hat.
• Students will be required to sign a safety rules /indemnity release form.

Indemnity Release and Assumption of Risk

The Client, being duly aware of the risks and hazards inherent upon participating in such a course involving the driving of vehicles and /or operation recovery equipment agrees to indemnify and keep harmless On Course Consultancy Limited, their employees, sub-contractors, representatives, from and against all actions, claims or damage for personal injury and /or property damage however caused.

The participant will need to sign he/she understands and accept that his /her instruction may be terminated at any time during the training if the instructors deem his /her cooperation or interpersonal behaviour unsatisfactory.

Additionally, the participant, further understands and accepts that if he /she puts property, staff or fellow students at risk, he /she will be pulled immediately from the training. No refund will be issued.

Condition of the Participant's Vehicle

• The participant must have a valid driving permit for the relevant vehicle class.
• The participant warrants that his /her vehicle will at all times covered by compulsory third party insurance in relation to bodily injury and property damage.
• Vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition; any vehicles in an un-safe condition will be removed. A 65.00$ 4wd vehicle rental charge may be applied, if you do not have a replacement vehicle to use.
• Another reminder: please make sure your vehicle(s) have sufficient fuel.

Cancellation of a Confirmed Booking

If you must cancel the training, please kindly do so within a minimum of seven WORKING DAYS of the booked course date so that we have the opportunity to schedule a replacement student into the cancelled slot.

No refunds or re-bookings will be made for cancellations received less than 7 working days prior to or for students who fail to show up.
