The Training Team

Mick is recognised as the leading specialist with regard to 4wd operation in harsh and hostile environments (high risk environment driver training). A few of his teaching qualifications include; various Workplace Trainer programmes, Gryphon Groups’ (USA) ToT, BSR’s (USA) Security /Police Driver Instructor course, RTITB’s FLT and ALLMI Instructor courses, etc.
Mick teaches from a background of credibility and hands-on experience and ensures students are taught with clear demonstration and positive reinforcement – exceeding their expectations and maximising their skill levels.
Has worked with OnCourse since 1998. Started out as an assistant trainer and has progressed to instructor level having completed all of OnCourse’s rigorous ToT programmes. His experience enables him to fault find and repair student errors effectively. He has a well developed training style that instantly puts candidates at ease. Musisi specialises in delivering training in various regional languages.
Has extensive experience with all types of 4wd vehicles, rigid and articulated trucks, as well as forklifts, industrial and plant equipment. William has various instructor qualifications (RTITB, ALLMI, workplace), and is also accredited by the Irish RSA (road safety authority), to deliver modules from the EU Professional Truck & Bus Driver CPC Syllabus.
Defensive driving instructor, qualified as an ADI UK. Having spent many years working in the oil sector he is conversant with and qualified to meet the demands of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) and HSE– Management System (HSE-MS). He has travelled to all corners of the world carrying out training within this sector and brings aboard a unique understanding of this working environment.
Specialises in survival strategies for difficult environments. Their training and consulting services include hostile environment training (HEAT), crisis management, HE assessment and selections, etc. Initial driving modules were designed and developed by OnCourse.
